“In a down economy decorating our homes is not the first thing some of us are thinking about as a New Year Resolution. But I believe that is precisely what we should do and it needn’t cost a thing.

In February you can give the master bath a face lift by clearing out the clutter, adding candles (from the dining room), and refolding the old towels into a big basket, making it a spa retreat just for you.
